For this activity I had to design a poster based on one of the suggested organisations. I chose John Kiwan.
I am a student at Wigram Primary School. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Tena koe Amber,
ReplyDeleteGreat work on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity - keep up the good work. Don’t forget to comment back to blog commenters as well as on others SLJ blog posts to gain extra points.
Well done on another really cool and creative poster. The information is posted really clearly and the images you have included are bright and inviting.
Gumboot Friday is a fantastic way to raise money to support others and their mental health and well-being. Is Gumboot Friday something that you do at your school? If not, is it something you could discuss with your teachers and principle about doing?
Until next time, happy blogging :)
Emma
Hello Amber,
ReplyDeleteIt me again, Vitaraag here to comment on your blog. I hope you are having an amazing day. There are only 2 and a half days left for the Summer Learning Journey. Do as many activities as you can to have a higher chance of getting a prize. I really enjoyed reading this blog post! Let me explain why. Firstly, you told us what the activity told you to do. Secondly, you added pictures to make the blog post more interesting. I remember my school celebrated Gum Boot Friday. It was, so cool. Maybe next time you could tell us how you felt about this activity. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!
